And now its July

The referrals for July are just arriving in the U.S.! It's very exciting seeing the beautiful faces of the babies on the websites of other families. It is especially exciting since our LID is getting closer and closer.

The July batch of referrals went through November 14, 2005. Our LID is November 21, 2005. That means that if the CCAA gets through 7 days worth of log in dates we will get our referral in August! Yes, I said August, next month! We are trying very hard not to get our hopes up for August though. The last couple of months have averaged 6 days each, if they keep up that pace, which I think is likely, then we will get our referral in September. That is amazing news because that is just 2 months away! Of course, they could always slow way down and go back to doing 2 or 3 day batches. We really hope that won't happen but it is a possibility that has to be taken into consideration.
