We are just waiting and waiting for Noah’s passport. After we get that we can move on to Guangzhou and the next step. We are anxious and a little stir crazy right now. We don’t have any outing scheduled so we are just hanging out at the hotel.
We played at the play room today and Lila had a play date with one of the little girls in our group. Mommy and Lila left the playroom about 10 minutes before Daddy and Noah. This was to give Noah a chance to be alone with Daddy and see that it’s ok. He cried when I left and kept calling Mama. He let Greg walk him around holding his hand and stopped crying. He never stopped asking for Mama though.
Noah is doing really well today. We’ve seen him start to act like a toddler. He is getting into everything! This is good. Before he would basically just stay wherever you put him. He still wants Mama nearby but he’s also starting to play with Daddy a little. His favorite past time seems to be playing in the toilet so we have to keep a close eye on him. One fun thing is that we are starting to hear his little voice. Other than crying he has pretty much been mute with us. Today he started talking up a storm and he has the cutest little voice! He’s starting to repeat what we say, things like uh oh, thank you, hi, bye bye. So sweet! He is very precious. He likes to help and is always looking for ways to clean up! He’s also very cuddly. I love that!
There is a park nearby with boats and a rides and fun stuff. Greg has taken Lila a couple of times. Maybe we’ll take the kids there again tomorrow. We didn’t go anywhere today because it was raining off and on. We did do laundry today though. Ugh. That was ridiculously expensive! I don’t remember having to spend that kind of money on laundry last time. Hopefully it will be cheaper in Guangzhou because we don’t have a lot of clothes. We were trying to travel light. We kind of regret that right now!

Oh my gosh, Noah sounds just like Alex! I think these two are going to hit it off! LOL
Can't wait to meet him. I loved reading that you are getting to hear him talk and that he's repeating. Boy, it doesn't take long, huh?
