Our little baby is now officially a toddler. Even though she's been toddling for months she is now 18 months old. She will always be Momma's angel baby though!
Lila had her 18 month check up the other day and she's doing great! She is developmentally on target and even advanced in some areas. She is 23 pounds and 32 inches tall. That puts her in the 30th percentile for weight and 50th percentile for height. The poor darling had to have two shots and she will have to get another one next week. She cries so hard when she gets shots that the nurse always makes me blow in her face to get her to breathe. I can't blame her, no one likes having to get shots!
Lila has really grown since we got her and caught up. Here are her stats since we got home:
13 months:
19 pounds 12 ounces - 12th percentile for weight
28 inches tall - 6th percentile for height
15 months:
20 pounds 10 ounces - 10th-25th percentile for weight
30 1/2 inches tall - 25th-50th percentile for height
18 months:
23 pounds - 25-50th percentile for weight
32 inches tall - 50th percentile for height
This is all based on the American growth charts which are quite different from the Chinese growth charts. On the Chinese growth charts she started out a little small then was average and is now above average.
