2nd Birthday

Lila turned 2 on Saturday! In the days leading up to her birthday she kept saying "Birthday coming, birthday coming!" I think she had a pretty fun day. She got some helium balloons that she just loved and a cake that she was pretty excited about. Paul, Nikki, Jim, Anna, and grandma all came over for dinner, cake and ice cream, and playing with her. She enjoyed all the attention and sang Happy Birthday with everyone.

My itty bitty is not so itty bitty anymore! She is still a dolly though. We have really been seeing her personality come out. She is really sweet, she will try to kiss any booboo you have and say "I forry" if you're upset for any reason. She gives out the sweetest hugs and kisses and will tilt her little head and grin at anyone. She talks in sentences and loves to play pretend. Lila received a stroller for her doll for her birthday from my mom and she just loves it! She wanted to take it upstairs with her to bed on her birthday. She literally dragged it all the way up the stairs. She even held onto it the whole time I was changing her diaper and putting on her jammers (that was interesting!). She wanted to take it in her crib but mean old mommy wouldn't let her. I set it beside her crib where she could see it. She said that was ok. :) Here are some pictures of her big day.
